Superior room was reasonably spacious and quiet. It had a good choice of facilities, including a private safe, a work desk, and a TV set etc.
There was a problem with drain.

We were there for 9 nights, overall had a very good stay. Everything was perfect, magnificent location near Rmall, the highway and Thane, EXCELLENT staff. The room was huge, moreover spacious with all basic amenities.

The location was nice and ideal - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Greatly enjoyed the superior queen room we was given, it had climate control, a private safe and flat-screen television.

I have stayed here many times and would love to stay longer. the hotel is conveniently located near the Thane railway station and other popular attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas and even reach Mumbai's airport. the room was lovely and well-appointed, featuring a private bathroom. the staff was courteous, contributing to the comfortable atmosphere. the location of TIP TOP Plaza is great, and it’s just a short 10-minute drive to the Great Barn.

The food at TipTop Plaza was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of vegetarian dishes that were simply amazing. We enjoyed starters like cheese and potato balls and kachoris, followed by a selection of salads. The main course included delicious items like puri, garlic naan, paneer makhanwala, and tadka daal. The spread was impressive, leaving us too full for dessert. The service we received was also top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
